At Tanan Excursions, we aim to provide clear and fair refund conditions for all our customers. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and payments are handled for bookings made online or in person.
By booking any of our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

Online payments via secure platforms such as Stripe or PayPal

In-person payments, including cash or other agreed methods at the time of the excursion
All payments must be completed as agreed at the time of booking.
2. Customer Cancellations
Online Payments

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled excursion date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the excursion are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

No refunds are issued for no-shows.
In-Person Payments

If payment is made in person and the booking is cancelled 48 hours or more in advance, no payment will be required.

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the excursion or in case of a no-show, Tanan Excursions reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or request partial payment.
3. Company Cancellations
If Tanan Excursions cancels an excursion due to weather conditions, safety concerns, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control:

Customers who paid online will receive a full refund, or may choose to reschedule.

Customers who planned to pay in person will not be charged.
4. Changes and Rescheduling
We understand that travel plans may change. When possible, we allow customers to:

Reschedule their excursion to a different date (subject to availability)

Modify booking details by contacting us in advance
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the excursion are subject to approval and availability.
5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds for online payments are processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing time depends on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.

Any transaction or service fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

No-shows or late arrivals

Customer cancellation outside the allowed refund period

Tours interrupted due to customer behavior, failure to follow safety instructions, or personal reasons
